After being acquired by Avantus Aerospace in 2020, CalScrew has benefitted from significant investment into technical equipment, further improving manufacturing capabilities so that we may continue to work closely with aerospace and military clients around the world.

By offering an end-to-end production service, CalScrew allows clients to save time and resources, without compromising on product quality. Our broad range of technical capabilities spans from extensive CAD and CADCAM processes, to in-house Quality Assurance. Our dedicated in-house inspection team utilize a range of methods to oversee the quality of products and processes. These methods include use of Tinius-Olsen Tensile machinery, the Johnson Gage System, an SPC system and extensive metallurgical testing within out state of the art metallurgical laboratory. All processes are undertaken in adherence with ISO 9001 and AS9100 REV D and CalScrew also operates in compliance with DFARS (10 USC 2533b(h)(3).
